Kerry Properties Earnings Up In H1

(RTTNews) - Kerry Properties Ltd. (0683.HK), a property development and investment company, on Monday reported higher net income despite a decline in revenue in the first half of 2026 compared with the previous year.

For the first half, profit attributable to the company's shareholders increased to HK$ 735 million from HK$ 612 million in the previous year.

Earnings per share were HK$ 0.51 versus HK$0.42 last year.

Adjusted earnings per share declined 9 percent to HK$0.54 versus HK$0.59 last year.

Operating profit for the period increased to HK$1.39 billion from HK$1.16 billion in the prior year.

Revenue declined 31 percent to HK$5.56 billion from HK$8.06 billion in the previous year.

Looking ahead, the company remains positive on the long-term prospects of Hong Kong and mainland China, while acknowledging near-term macroeconomic and geopolitical risks.

Kerry Properties is currently trading 2.37% higher at HK$20.260 on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
