Solana Company CEO Says China Reopening Could Spark Another Crypto Supercycle

The next big crypto rally could hinge on China, according to Joseph Chee, CEO of Solana Company. His argument is that a return of the world’s second-largest economy to digital assets would be enough to start another supercycle, provided Beijing first finds a way to contain the risks that led it to restrict the sector. Chee believes the groundwork is already being laid. In his view, China is treating Hong Kong as a pilot site, watching how crypto trading and blockchain services work there before deciding how far to loosen rules on the mainland. These are his own expectations. Beijing has not announced any change in policy.
